A love letter to all delivery people

Thank you to my mail carrier, ups guy, whole foods delivery person, and anyone else I use to get goods delivered to my home. I don’t know what I would do without you. Because of you, I have been able to get my groceries brought to my doorstep, household necessities delivered when I’m in need, and mail picked up so I’m able to still continue to run my small business. You’re helping millions of people each day in ways we often take for granted. In today’s world, it’s so easy to point, click, buy, and have delivered that we’ve never really thought much about it before. It amazes me how much that changes in a blink of an eye and how much we realize these are the people helping to keep things running. They are the doers that keep the movement of goods and supplies going. Without them, I don’t know what we would do. So, take a moment and say thank you - but from a distance of at least 6’. Or better yet, leave them a note. Let them know you appreciate all they do and that we couldn’t get through this without them.
